🎃👻 One week until Halloween at Walt Disney World Resort! 👻🎃

Here’s what the spooky magic looks like and why you’ll want to be there (or plan for next year)!

✨ What to expect:
The moment you step into Magic Kingdom Park, you’ll see fall bunting in orange, yellow, brown draped over Main Street buildings and giant Mickey-shaped pumpkin wreaths on lampposts.

Carved pumpkins line storefront ledges and balconies—each one with a little twist that matches the business it’s on.

Twilight brings glowing jack-o-lanterns and a more atmospheric Halloween vibe—especially around the hub in front of Cinderella Castle. 🏰

If you’re attending the special event Mickey’s Not‑So‑Scary Halloween Party, there’s even more: ride overlays, villains, exclusive treats, candy trails, and the “Headless Horseman” parade lead-in.🐴

📸 Perfect photo ops & fun moments:
Snap a pic in Town Square next to the “pumpkin people” (big scarecrow-pumpkin heads dressed like Main Street citizens) for some fun fall flair.

Grab a Halloween-themed snack—think pumpkin spice, candy corn swirl, ghost Mickey cake pops. The food is part of the holiday magic. 🧁

Arrive just as the sun dims: Main Street gets a whole new vibe as lights glow and the decorations really pop after dark.🌅

It’s one of the most festive times to visit Walt Disney World — the decorations alone give you that “fall vibes + Disney magic” combo.

Can you believe it, a character meal with no buffet in sight! Cheers to that, right?! 🥂

Theme park character dining is great, but how nice to meet characters, see a dinner show AND enjoy a sit
down dining experience with an eclectic menu that kids and adults can appreciate. Arendelle on the Disney Wish is the quintessential Disney dining experience and it is included in your voyage fare. Dine

🚢🌍 The is officially sailing toward her new home in Fort Lauderdale! Our Cast and Crew have kicked off the journey across the Atlantic, making final preparations as we get ready for her magical maiden voyage on November 20.✨

It’s the unplanned magic that creates the lasting memories! 🪄🎆

Whether it’s making water follow your command at Journey of Water 🌊, learning about recycling through music with the Eco Rhythmics at Animal Kingdom ♻️, getting intimidated by Kylo Ren at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge 🌌, or happening upon a Green Army Men parade in Toy Story Land 🪀, these are the moments kids will remember! 💕

I dont know if I have one specific memorable moment, but randomly walking by and having interactions with chracters or hearing a “happy birthday/anniversay” from a cast member when wearing a celebatory pin, I truly love the moments of magic! 💜

Just reminiscing about one of my favorite resorts, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and all of the wonderful views, most of them right from our balcony! 🫏🐐🐾🦌🦒

There is something magical about waking up and having animals roaming right outside of your room! My personal favorite was the giraffes, especially seeing them lay down and sleep at night! 🦒🌖💤
