Want to make your Disney World trip feel a little more VIP… without paying VIP Tour prices? ✨🏰

These are some of my favorite ways to add a little extra magic to your trip:

🏰 Early Theme Park Entry: Stay at a Disney Resort (or another eligible hotel) and you can enter the parks 30 minutes before regular opening. Get there early and take advantage of those lighter morning crowds!

⚡ Lightning Lane Premier Pass: Less time waiting in lines and more time actually enjoying the parks. Definitely a splurge, but if you’re going to choose one day to do it, consider your Magic Kingdom day, where there are so many attractions to fit in!

📸 Capture Your Moment: Book your own Disney PhotoPass photo session. Get great pics without relying on whoever happens to be standing nearby. 😂

🚗 Minnie Van: One of my favorite ways to get around Disney. Effortless! No line! No crowds! Minnie Vans have car seats available, making them perfect when you’re traveling with littles

🥂🎆 Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Party: Desserts, drinks and reserved viewing for fireworks. No staking out your spot forever while fighting crowds and such a fun way to end your Magic Kingdom day!

You definitely don’t NEED any of these to have an amazing Disney trip. But if you’re looking for a few ways to splurge and make your vacation feel a little extra special, these are some of my favorites. ✨

There is so much planning that goes into a Disney trip. The dining, the rides, the characters, all the little things we don’t want to miss…

And then Disney gives you a moment you never could have planned. ✨

We weren’t waiting to meet Snow White. We didn’t even know she would be there. She simply showed up, started talking to Hunter and then took him over to the lagoon to look for turtles. 🍎🐢

For a few minutes, they just hung out. No line. No rushing to get the perfect picture. Just Snow White and a little boy looking for turtles together. 🥹

It was such a simple moment, but somehow it became one of my favorite memories from the entire trip.

My #1 Disney advice:

Have a plan. Do the research. But always leave a little room for the Disney magic to happen ✨

Because sometimes the moments you never planned are the ones you end up treasuring the most. 🤍

The Disneyland Paris quick service I would skip…Casey’s Corner!

I LOVE Casey’s Corner at Disney World, so I was excited to try it at Disneyland Paris.

And… it was giving Vienna sausage vibes. ☠️🌭

Definitely not what I was expecting, especially after loving the Disney World version so much

The only redeeming quality?

A beer + a castle view if you need an adult beverage break 🍻🏰

Would you try Casey’s Corner anyways during your Disneyland Paris trip?

Here’s one of my favorite Aulani insider tips that deserves more attention. 🌺

Instead of bringing a traditional autograph book, use a wooden surfboard as your autograph keepsake!

You have a few options:
🏄 Order a personalized one on Etsy
🏄 Buy one at Aulani.
🏄 Or save a little money and pick one up at the grocery store across the street from the resort.

Then spend your vacation collecting signatures from Mickey, Minnie, Stitch, Moana, Duffy, ShellieMay, and all of your favorite characters.

When you get home, you’ll have a piece of Disney décor that tells the story of your vacation instead of another autograph book tucked away

The best Disneyland nightcap might be outside the parks 👀🍹✨

After a full day at Disneyland, head over to Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel for tropical drinks, immersive theming, and a little Disney magic after dark. 🌺🌙

It’s the perfect way to keep the magic going just a little bit longer before calling it a night.

✨ Hot take: The Mickey Shaved Ice at Aulani isn’t the best shaved ice you’ll ever eat... but it’s still a DON’T MISS for me. 🍧💙

There’s just something about sitting by the pool, palm trees swaying, Mickey-shaped shaved ice in hand, that feels like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. It’s one of those little Disney moments that makes a vacation feel extra magical.

Hunter absolutely loved it (which automatically earns bonus points 😉), and let’s be honest... it’s one of the cutest snacks at the resort. Your camera will love it almost as much as your kids do. 📸✨

Would I fly to Hawaii just for the shaved ice? No.
Would I get one every single time I’m at Aulani? Absolutely. 💯

✨ Room Tour: 2-Bedroom Island Garden View Villa at Aulani 🌺

This villa was everything we hoped for and more! 💙 I loved how the Island Garden View made us feel completely immersed in Hawaiʻi, with just the right amount of Disney magic sprinkled throughout like the hidden Mickey on the lampshade and the iconic Mickey lamp (I need one at home! 😍)

We stayed in the Ewa Tower, and it ended up being the perfect location! It was an easy walk to the lobby and made getting to the pool/ beach area so quick and convenient. Plus a lot of the character meet and greets were right outside our tower.

There was plenty of room for our family, and while we didn’t cook, having a pizza night in the villa after a day in the sun was one of my favorite memories. 🍕✨
