One of my favorite hidden Disney details is that produce inside Living with the Land isn’t just for show. Through innovative hydroponics and sustainable growing techniques, Disney grows vegetables that are served in select EPCOT restaurants. After take the Behind the Seeds Tour and seeing the greenhouses up close, I had complete confidence eating a salad made with the fresh ingredients.
