I am writing to say how thankful I am to have had your services and expertise on my Disney World Adventure. You were wonderful and so was my trip. Thank you.

You were very accessible and I truly valued that when I had live questions while in the parks. Your help, direction and prompt response time was greatly appreciated and made my day so much easier and stress free.

You were so organized leading up to the trip, emailing and texting with information, recommendations, and Lightning Lane reservation notices. This made my life easier so I could focus on packing and the flight and just my daily life prior to the trip.

Your recommendations for what to do and where to eat inside the parks were wonderful and saved hours of research. This truly felt like turn key service.

Disney has a new weather policy! 🌩️🌨️ It’s important to plan for potentially bad weather as we enter hurricane season this late summer and fall. The new policy allows you to reschedule or cancel your vacation packages and most room-only reservations without penalties when a hurricane warning is issued for Orlando or your home residence within seven days of your scheduled arrival. That kind of flexibility is invaluable during uncertain weather… BUT THERE’S A CATCH! This policy ONLY applies if you’ve booked directly through Disney/Mickey’s Big Adventures. Also ask us about adding Travel Insurance to your Disney package. It’s probably cheaper than you think – and it’s worth the peace of mind for a lot of people.

We just took our first trip to Disney with our 3 & 5 year olds. I was so stressed about our trip. I wanted it to be perfect but I had no clue what I was doing. Everyone kept telling me ALL THE THINGS I needed to do and I felt in over my head. I was hesitant about going through a travel agent but Laura was a dream come true! She took the reins and handled everything-passes, lightening lanes, meal reservations, fireworks dessert party, and even found an opening for my daughter at the BBB. She answered all my questions and explained everything. Disney was Magical but I don’t think I’d be saying that if it hadn’t been for Laura. She’s the real Magic! We can’t wait to go back! Oh. Em. Gee!!!! Disney just announced some HUGE happenings to look forward to in the upcoming years. Here is what D23 announcements we are most excited about:

First, “This is no happily ever after!” Disney Villians are casting a spell over Magic Kingdom!!! Ahhh!! We are SO excited about this future land! It’s been rumored for a while, but I cannot believe it’s actually happening! Disney says construction will begin soon!

A new nighttime parade is coming to Magic Kingdom as well! This is such exciting news for everyone who has missed Main Street Electrical Parade. The new nighttime parade is called “Disney Starlight” and will debut in the parks in 2025!

Yo Ho, Yo Ho… a Pirates of the Caribbean lounge is coming to Walt Disney World in 2025! The artist rendering looks so fun! Seems like the perfect place have a swig of something refreshing during a hot park day.

Disney also announced a new adventure on Millenium Falcon: Smugglers Run featuring the Mandalorian and Grogu, a reimagining of Test Track, a Coco attraction for Disney California Adventure, a new Tropical Americas land at Animal Kingdom (featuring Indiana Jones and the Madrical family from Encanto) coming in 2027, TWO Cars attractions at Magic Kingdom, a Monsters Inc. LAND for Hollywood Studios including a new suspended rollercoaster, and FOUR new Disney Cruise Line ships!

These are only some highlights! Wow! Disney, we are so excited about all the fun new things coming our way in the next few years!!
