If you guessed Amsterdam, you were right! 🇳🇱☕️

What a beautiful city. Amsterdam feels like a place that has carefully preserved its history while still embracing the modern world. I’ve spent the last three days simply soaking it all in, and honestly, I can already see myself wanting to live here for at least a month every year.

The weather hasn’t been typical for this season, it’s been cooler than normal, but for me, it’s been absolutely perfect. The canals, the architecture, the charming cafés, and especially the bike rides have made this trip unforgettable.

The cycling here is spectacular and an experience all its own. I’ll be sharing much more about that soon, but for now, I’m just enjoying every moment of this incredible city. 🚲

Frisco is quickly becoming a huge family travel destination, and this is such an exciting addition for Texas travelers who want that theme park magic without traveling all the way to Orlando or Hollywood.

All 4 parks in 1 day, and it was SUCH a fun Disney day!!

Started at Epcot for rope drop and somehow managed to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind THREE times back-to-back before heading out.

Since I wanted to fit all 4 parks into one day, I Ubered over to Animal Kingdom to save time.
At Animal Kingdom, I grabbed my favorite snack, a Mickey Ice Cream Bar. Had lunch at Pizzafari, watched Festival of the Lion King, then headed through Pandora to ride Flight of Passage with only about a 30 minute wait.

Next stop was Hollywood Studios where Frozen Sing-Along was a must-do because yes... you HAVE to sing loudly.
Then I rode Rise of the Resistance before the heavy rain started.

I Ubered back to Epcot for ONE more Guardians ride because I couldn't help myself, then monorailed to Magic Kingdom for dinner at Crystal Palace with Pooh Bear and friends.

Ended the night riding TRON after dark with fireworks in the background while leaving Magic Kingdom.

Almost 30,000 steps later... I'd call that a successful 4 park day.

11 days until Honey and Bear leave for a big trip around the world. 🌎✈️⛴️🚊🚲

This June I'II be traveling completely around the world by plane, train, bike, boat and more.

Exploring new places, different cultures, beautiful views, and all the little moments that make travel so special. 💙

Most of these places will be completely new to me, except for one, and it was so amazing that I had to go back again.

I'll be traveling with Bear and we're gonna have the best time together. Honestly, we have fun anywhere and everywhere, but we're really looking forward to seeing brand new places together because Honey and Bear just go together. 🐻🍯

Have you watched Festival of the Lion King at Animal Kingdom? It's a mini Broadway show and so well done. The entire performance is spectacular, but these two birds are, IMO, the stars of the show especially the yellow and blue one. She's so elegant and a total standout. I go just to watch her fly!

This ride is exciting and beautiful especially at night.

If you ride it, definitely stop and get your picture by the cast members while holding the TRON Identity Disc. Such a cool moment you'll want to remember!

How do you eat your Mickey Ice Cream Bar? 🍦✨

Are you a Mike Tyson...just biting the ear right off? 😂
Or are you more of a "chocolate archaeologist"... carefully stripping off every layer of chocolate like it's your full-time job?

Me? I'm definitely over here doing delicate chocolate surgery. Peel it all off first, then enjoy that creamy vanilla like the grand finale. 🐭🤍
