Completely renovated fully furnished cottage available for rent. 24x24 great room with open floor plan great for gathering with family and friends. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is equipped with double bunks. Second bath is adjacent to the great room and just inside back door. Kitchen has custom made Amish cabinets and an 8 ft island with stools and plenty of counter space. Kitchen has all

appliances including coffee maker, microwave, full sized fridge, and stove. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils included as well. Large gas grill outside along w patio furniture and fire pit. Basic linens are also provided and laundered weekly. Quiet location on dead end with a short walk to beach and many other amenities. Within walking distance you will find Lakeside Market, Grand View Bay Golf Course, Beach Side Grill, Connors Hot Dog Stand, Mickey Rats, Captain Kids, and Turtle Joe's Beach bar, and the Evans Town Park with brand a new playground. There is an easily accessible tunnel under Lakeshore Rd.to avoid traffic on your way to the public lifeguard protected beach. Two boat launches also within a very short drive and plenty of room on the property for parking of watercraft. Come enjoy majestic Lake Erie sunsets with family and friends. Will be ready for Memorial Day 2017
