🎨 Those who have followed us awhile might remember our Class B van consignment “Vinnie.” Though Vinnie has been back with his owners for a year, we think there is still a demand for a van in our market.

We are starting to casually look for another Class B owner that would like is to professionally manage their unit as a rental!

Requirements:
🚐 No older than 2020
📍 MN or ND location preferred (you must get it to us/arrange pick up within a reasonable distance ).
🧼 Clean, no projects, lower mileage, ready to rent
🔨 No self built vans (not insurable)
🤪 You must accept the fact that “your baby” will be a rental and all that comes with that. You will trust that I know how to run my business. I run a tight ship and my consignment owners and renters know it.

What is a consignment/how does it work?
💰 You own the unit. I manage the rental- I screen the renter, take the reservation, clean and maintain your unit, insure, track renters, etc. You do nothing, get a paycheck.
🤔 Can just anyone take my van wherever? No! We set the rules. We set mileage costs to cover wear and tear. My renters go through a background check. We can also track vehicles.
🔧 How do I know my van is in good hands? Ask my previous and current consignment owners! Do they love getting a paycheck and doing nothing? You bet they do! Were their units cleaner when I returned them than they were when they were dropped off?! You bet your finest pony they were!
🚐 Can I still use my van?! Of course! It’s
yours! Either you pre-set your dates with me to block, or you wait until there is a lull in the schedule and take it then. If you plan to use your van often (more than 4-5 weeks per year) this is not the arrangement for you. Bought a van for retirement in a year or two and only have a trip or two planned? Let’s talk…

I will also be looking for another trailer, maybe a fifth wheel or two with similar requirements (newer, 20-32 feet max, no tent trailers or hybrids). This will be very floorplan/brand particular, so don’t be offended if I say no. We just know what works and what doesn’t…

🚨 Last minute opening for Lumberjack this weekend!! Sadly, our renters had to cut their week short. As a result, Lumberjack is available tomorrow, Thursday Aug 29th-Thursday September 3rd! 3 night minimum. Camping, extra sleeping space at your cabin, last minute road trip, you name it! Delivery is an option, upon availability. Lumberjack is a Grand Design Imagine with a front queen bedroom, double bunk set, dinette/twin bed, 2 smart TV’s, full kitchen, heat and AC, and an outdoor kitchen.

Beautiful skies and a BIG drop in humidity this evening! Today, we sent the Dippers off to a private residence and YELLOWSTONE! The Spruce Moose headed to its new home in Duluth, and I am just sitting here waiting for it to cool enough to soak my bones in the hot tub 😃 Happy Friday, my friends! 🤗

Thursday… Bullwinkle back to the fam, Big Dipper home from Campers’ Paradise, met super fun renters of Bears’ Den 2.0, both Dippers out again tomorrow. Meanwhile, found a great deal on a little aluminum trailer for Skeeter, so I buzzed down and bought that too. I chase deals, so I can get you the best prices in the biz. -Amanda out! 😴

🐻 Prepping Bears’ Den 2.0 this morning for our, fun fact, third renter in a row named Mike! Ha. It seems to fall that way, we’ve had Sue week with two Sue S’s, Jeff week with two Jeff’s, and Jenny week with two Jenny’s! 😂 You all are the best, hope you have a great Monday! 🤗

Took a rip in Skeeter tonight. My version of a trail ride was on the back of a horse. I never thought this would be as much fun, but I will say that I’m a huge fan!
