While the situation regarding COVID 19 continues to evolve, many businesses within Lake County are beginning to open as part of the Stage 2 outlined plan. Over the past 2 months, we have been blessed to be able to be fully operational while working from our home . We are excited to begin the transition back.
Starting with a soft re-opening on Monday, June 8, 2020, our plan is to have the physical office open Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, although we will continue to be fully operational by phone and/or email from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm as normal.
Appointments and meetings will be encouraged to remain via phone for the time being, unless you would prefer to meet in the office following the below protocols. During our open office hours, there will only be limited staff in the building, while we will also be working from home offices as well. We will be following the CDC's recommended guidelines to keep our staff and clients safe.
We are taking the following precautions:
• We will do a daily symptom check prior to arriving at the office. Any symptoms will require staying at home and testing if applicable.
• We will wear face masks.
• We will sanitize and disinfect shared surfaces frequently including after each client visit.
• We will question clients before entering the office for any symptoms they may be exhibiting. If they have symptoms, we will ask them to return home and take care of business electronically or via phone.
• We encourage clients to wear masks or facial coverings while in our office and to sanitize their hands before coming into the office. We will have hand sanitizer available in the office.
• We will limit the number of clients to no more than two in the office at any given time.
• We will practice 6' of social distancing at all times, as a staff and with clients.
We will continue to carefully monitor the situation and make adjustments as needed. Our biggest priority has been and will continue to be to make sure we take care of your needs in a safe environment. We know this has been a trying time for so many in our community and our world, but please know that we are always here and available to help you in any way we can.
