Welcome home to Hampton Springs by Summer. Our updated, airy bungalow in the Springs neighborhood of East Hampton is located minutes away from Clearwater Beach. The community is full of history, surreal bay beaches, dining, shopping & more. You will have the best of both worlds– being near all this prestigious community has to offer, while also being set in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a sun-filled, vaulted ceiling living space where your whole group will love to gather. No need to leave the chef out of the party, as the open concept flows from living room, to kitchen, to dining, to outdoor patio.

After a long day at the beach, make yourself comfortable and lounge by the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire-pit, or enjoy a dinner on the expansive patio complete with cozy outdoor furniture, grill, and dining area.

Ready for bed? We feature mattresses so you get cool, comfortable sleeps for better tomorrows.

“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s very tastefully renovated and decorated, with tons of thoughtful design touches and amenities. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen and living space are perfect for cooking and gathering, the beds are so comfortable, and the location is gorgeous— it sits right on a lovely creek at the base of a mountain. We can’t wait to come back!”
