It feels so good to be back up at the beautiful Courtyard by Marriott in Petoskey, MI. Finishing this site off with decorative chocolate chip stone (too windy for mulch). If you haven't been to Petoskey, do yourself a favor and stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. Sit in an adirondack out back and enjoy the view of God's Country!

Lawn tips by Land Visions...

The best time to apply crabgrass preventative in Michigan is in early spring, typically when soil temperatures reach around 55°F for a few consecutive days—usually between mid-April and early May. Timing is crucial; if the product is applied too early, it may break down before crabgrass begins to germinate, reducing its effectiveness. For best results, apply just before or as forsythia bushes start to bloom, which is a natural sign that conditions are right.
