BLC Enterprises We offer various residential rental spaces for Short, Mid, & Long Term in the Lapeer/Davsion area. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories.

I am the owner of Hidden Charm Lake Inn, and we have recently expanded to include 2 new properties in Davison with 5 apartments that we rent out for short, mid and long term stays depending on the space and needs. We have been hosting on Airbnb for 5 years, VRBO for 4 years, and are expanding into private bookings. Hosting and renting gives me the opportunity to be a small part of those stories by providing a safe, clean, comfortable space for them to stay while they are in the area.

Hey ya'll, spring has sprung - yep even in Michigan. LOL Just wanted to let ya'll know that we still have a few spring dates available in May if ya'll are looking for a great place to stay while you're in the Lapeer, Davison area.
