🐑 The strange Goblin Valley was discovered in 1949 by a sheep farmer named Arthur Chaffin. He was the first to notice these unconventional formations and decided to explore them.

🧌 Unsurprisingly, the valley got its name because of the resemblance of the rock formations, or hoodoos, to goblins.

🥾 Its proximity to the city makes it a perfect day trip. If you're heading towards Zion, be sure to make a little detour to visit it.

🔥💦 The Firefall, or "Firefall" is a natural phenomenon that occurs only a few times a year, in February, in Yosemite National Park. It can be seen when the setting sun reflects at a perfect angle on Horsetail Falls.
