💐 I can't bee-lieve it is almost EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival time 🌸🐝

This seasonal festival at EPCOT is included with your park admission and runs March 4 – June 1 — making spring one of the most beautiful times to visit.

🎉✨ Happy Birthday, Walt Disney! ✨🎉

Born on December 5, 1901, the man who sparked a global imagination would’ve been amazed to see the magic still inspiring families today. ✨🏰

One of my favorite things about visiting Disney parks is seeing the wonder through my daughter’s eyes, especially when she pauses at the Walt Disney statue in EPCOT. Something about those moments reminds me that this entire place started with one person’s dream… and now here she is, growing up inside it. 💫💛

Thank you, Walt, for believing in curiosity, creativity, and a world where families can escape into stories together.

With Epic Universe being so new, there are still kinks to be worked out. The park gets gruff for attractions having a lot of down time, but we need to remember that the technology is all brand new and needs time to be perfected. When I visited in April 2025, Monsters Unchained was my favorite attraction. I see people talking about Frankentein’s Monster often being in “B mode”. I thought I would share him in his full glory for everyone to see.

🍷✨ 2025 Food & Wine Classic at the Swan and Dolphin! ✨🍷

It officially became a 1st annual tradition for us!

Your ticket includes unlimited food and wine tastings from the incredible chefs of the Swan & Dolphin (which will forever be special to us because that’s where we had our first wedding reception, and the food was NEXT LEVEL 💍✨). Add in bites from amazing local vendors + live bands, and the whole night felt electric.

And somehow… out of everything we tried…
📸 the only food photo I managed to capture was Kari holding an Asian Sticky Rib.

If you’ve never gone, it’s such a fun adults’ night out with great vibes, great food, and such a unique Disney-area experience. One of my favorite parts was how nice everyone showed up wearing their classy best.
