We've had a lot of questions about our court case and what happened. I think best to share the review written by Arnie Weissmann of Travel Weekly . This article provides a good overview of the obscene antics that played out over the course of the last year. Since the court has ruled in our favor and we can finally push past it, onward & upward!

A gaming influencer who goes under the name "Vegas Dave" targeted villa broker Cabos Platinum with a baseless campaign of disparagement. The verdict: A $30 million judgement against the influencer.

We are so proud of our team that endured a massive hardship over the last year. We had a nefarious character attempt to damage our reputation and eliminate our ability to provide premium services to our guests, homeowners, vendors, stakeholders and investors.
