Are you looking for a cool and fun job in the sun? Are you a fun, energetic, and personable person? Do you love the ocean? If so keep reading!

Square Grouper SoFlo is looking for a Tour Guide to be able to take out snorkel tours & assist with rentals. We are open 7 days a week, weather permitting from 7am to 5pm. Hours may change sometimes due to customer demand. Tour Guides work as needed.

Candidate must be honest, a strong swimmer, preferably be CPR certified, and physically fit to be able to lift at least 50 lbs. An ideal candidate is flexible, able to work weekdays, weekend, and holidays, and have their own transportation to and from work.

This position does not require experience, but it does require you be a personable person, energetic and have good customer service. You will be on the beach or in the water interacting with customers most of the day.

Guides are payed $40 per tour and are responsible for acquiring there own tips. Tips can be quite generous. On a good week you can go home with over $1500! August is the end of season and most contracts will end but there are some off season contracts available to the best.

The water activity is an excellent option for people whose mobility is limited. Since you are submerged underwater, your buoyancy prevents the pressure of your body weight against your joints. With that, the pain is relieved.
