Here is an uncomfortable truth.

Nobody is coming to save you. People will help you along your journey, but nobody is going to walk your journey.

it’s easier to fantasize about someone saving you than it is to admit that you never received the nourishment you needed, and you’re still unsure how to give it to yourself.

Face up to the fact that nobody is coming to save you. You need the courage to save yourself.

Childhood trauma is so important to heal from. healing is a journey you have to do it alone just you… try to understand your soul, be your own best friend, spend some quality time with yourself and the most important thing “believe in yourself” it’s necessary to HEAL

NB! You can’t heal if you don’t admit that your inner child is wounded.
🛑STOP NORMALIZING ABUSE When you don’t face, accept or admit your childhood traumas, you’ll unconsciously project those same traumas onto your child/children.

No one ever talks about childhood traumas & how poorly some of us were treated growing up. it's hard to admit but those traumas you experienced when you were a child will hunt you down and will follow you going forward with your life if you dismiss them. Your inner child is stuck feeling tormented because you’re more concerned about image than the truth.

You are going to need to decide your own future and act accordingly.

Life gets beautiful when you stop playing the victim and realize that NOBODY IS GOING TO SAVE YOU.
