Every Disney Cruise Line ship features a Rainforest Roomas part of its Senses Spa & Salon. These magical spaces offer a variety of amenities for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, such as hot tubs, heated loungers, saunas, ice rooms and sensory showers that provide the kind of me time we all want. Each ship’s Rainforest Room looks a little different, but they all deliver one thing: pure peace.

Now here’s what most first-time cruisers don’t know:
There are two ways to access the Rainforest Room:

• A length-of-cruise pass, available when your activities booking window opens (pro tip: this is the only way to guarantee daily access)

• A limited number of day passes, sold only on embarkation day—and yes, they do sell out fast

This is one of those quiet Disney Cruise perks that guests stumble on after their trip and go, “Wait… HOW did I not know about this?” But not my clients, of course.

Maybe they should’ve named it AaaaahLANI. Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa offers the kind of vacation you can really, truly unplug from. Honestly, who today isn’t overwhelmed, over worked and booked solid? We need this type of escape in our lives.

There’s something about the smell of the ocean, the sounds of the waves, and those vibrant Hawaiian colors that triggers the reset button. Throw in something like the Sunset Yoga class to deep breathe it all in and, you may never leave! Aulani is always my recommendation for clients looking for an exotic getaway with Disney level service and touches, and without needing a passport.

Super Nintendo World is open at Universal Orlando Resort & this version is EPIC! Orlando has the space & they’ve used it:

• Three attractions including Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge and new rides not found in California.
• Meet and greets with all the major players, even Donkey Kong
• Tons of interactive gameplay with Power-Up Bands
• Themed snacks, exclusive merch, & so many photo ops

It’s hard to remember a time when the Partners statue wasn’t at the center of the Magic Kingdom hub. It seems like it’s just always been there. But today marks 30 years since its installation! I know they say Cinderella Castle is the most photographed thing on earth, but this sweet bronze casting of our favorite dynamic duo has got to be a close second!

Sometimes I feel like nobody is listening. So let me say this in caps...PLAN A RESORT DAY AT WALT DISNEY WORLD! These hotels aren’t just for sleeping and showering; they are destinations in their own right. Enjoy fishing, surrey bikes, crafts, movies, sangria seminars, scavenger hunts and way too many things to list. Notice I didn’t even mention the pools?

I’m telling you...from experience, you will be utterly bummed to look at the recreation calendar and not have a single free moment to enjoy the activities. Don’t let that happen to you, so build in a day to just enjoy and experience the resort you chose. No matter your budget, your Disney resort hotel is going to have a list of fun things to do.

Sorry to shout up there, but I’ve been doing this a long time and the happy clients are the ones that purposefully plan to relax, enjoy and make memories at their resort. I want that for everyone!
