Now Hiring: Furnace Tenders (a.k.a. Masters of Fire & Heat)

Do you believe a perfect day includes flames, glowing metal, and the satisfying hum of a well-fed furnace?
Then step right up—we’re looking for our next Furnace Tenders Extraordinaire.

What You’ll Do:
Keep the fire alive (literally).
Feed the furnace like it’s your favorite pet.
Monitor temperatures like a heat-detecting superhero.
Ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

What You Bring:
A cool head under very hot conditions.
Attention to detail (because “close enough” doesn’t cut it at 2,000°F).
Experience is great, but we’ll train the right fire-wrangler.

Join the crew that keeps production rolling while the rest of the world sleeps.

3rd shift
Monday – Friday 9pm – 5:30am
OT Saturday as needed
$25-30/hr.plus $1.25 shift differential

Weekend Shift
Sunday, Friday, Saturday 5am – 5:30pm
Work 36 hours (combination labor hours and PTO and get paid for 40)
$19-26hr. plus $1.25 shift differential
