This is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom 3-story home. Located in the woods just outside of Leadville, the Indian Paintbrush offers a private and secluded retreat while still being close to Historic Downtown Leadville.
The house features two queen beds, two sets of bunk beds, two twin beds, a futon, and a pullout couch, accommodating up to 12 guests. Enjoy separate living room and den areas, WiFi, Roku, and a ping-pong table. The sunroom provides ample natural light and heat. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit and seating for s’more-making.
