Tonight, I had the chance to crown my friend, Tiffany Busby, our 2024 Leakesville’s Miss Hospitality. She is the epitome of hospitality and is one of the most inspiring, hardworking, and kind people I know. I have no doubt she will make her mark on Leakesville and Mississippi throughout her reign this year (because she already has😁). Let’s congratulate Tiffany Busby on her accomplishments and wish her luck as she takes on her 2nd year as Leakesville’s Miss Hospitality!👑

Well, Leakesville, I guess this is a wrap. I am so honored to have had the privilege of being Leakesville’s Miss Hospitality of 2023. This has been an unforgettable and amazing year, and I will cherish each memory made and lesson learned for the rest of my life. Thank you to my HUGE support system and everyone who made these past 12 months possible, especially my incredible director, Jennifer McNeal. She’s the best.🥰
As one chapter ends, another one begins…but this is not goodbye, it’s see ya later.(😉)

Last Wednesday night I had the opportunity to help emcee the Jones College Most Beautiful Pageant alongside Kadin Johnston and Miss Jones County, Caidyn Crowder. I also got the chance to cheer on some of my best friends as they competed for the crown. Thank you Jones College Publications for making the night possible for all of the girls and for inviting me to help out.

Tonight, the on stage portion of the competition will begin at 8:00 pm, and all 41 contestants will be competing in the evening gown and hometown commercial competition categories. Two of my favorites! 🤩

Well that wraps up interviews! I had my panel interview this morning, and I feel so relieved to have checked that off the list of competition. Tomorrow morning I get to share with the judges all of my favorite things about our state in my 90 second Mississippi speech.

Even when I’m away from home, I still manage to find some familiar faces. That’s one of the great things about living in MS. 🥰 Leakesville Jr. High School cheerleaders are on the Southern Miss campus this week for UCA camp, and I’m so happy I ran into them in the Fresh Foods cafeteria at USM. Wishing the best of luck to them tomorrow on their last day of camp. It’s moments like these that make my job so much sweeter!👑💙💛

We made many stops today, but one of my favorites was the stop at Forrest General Hospital to see our friends. We had the opportunity to pack care bags for their cancer patients. We took so many pictures at all of our other stops that I will share soon, but for now I would just like to thank Forrest General for all they have done in support for the MS Miss Hospitality program.
