Our Story
Since my husband and I had kids we had a hard time getting away from our busy lives and work. Going on vacation always seems like a chore and we needed a vacation from our vacation. Looking for a getaway that was around a 2 hour drive from our home was the best way for us to escape and not have to take extra days off of work or break the bank. Our love for the mountains brought us to Leavenworth.
We found joy in hanging out with our kids and never felt too stressed or uptight. We loved to book condos for convenience. Eating 3 meals a day out and trying to plan things around our kids schedules was tough. Not to mention how small hotel rooms are not for high energy children. We actually enjoyed visiting so much we found ourselves booking a weekend every month. We never ran out of things to do or see. I still feel like we haven’t done it all to this day.
In September of 2018 we found ourselves looking at a condo in Alpine Village, we fell in love with it right away. It needed some updating but felt like home. So we decided to go for it and jump into the business of vacation rentals. We are still learning every day about this business and having a lot of fun with it. We absolutely love sharing our place and this wonderful small town with everyone. It’s always been a dream of ours to have a ski cabin, but this place turns out to be so much more.
