Happy Lightning McQueen Day! 🏁⚡️

Lightning McQueen and the world of Cars have been such a huge part of my son’s childhood. What began as an obsession with the movies, toys, characters, and everything Lightning, became something incredibly special that we shared together.

We spent hours driving and listening to the songs from the films, replaying his favorites over and over again. Those songs still instantly take me back to those car rides and all the sweet little moments that became some of my favorite memories.

Lightning made several of our son’s Birthdays so special - themed entirely in Cars characters.

And now, with a brand-new adventure racing toward Magic Kingdom, it feels like Lightning may have a little more magic waiting for us just around the bend. I can’t wait to step into that world together and see his face when we experience it for the first time.

Thanks for the songs, the adventures, and a childhood filled with so many special memories, Lightning.

We’ll see you down the road. Ka-chow! ❤️

Disney just released NEW itineraries for September 2027-May 2028, and there are some really exciting options in this release!

The BIGGEST news?

The Disney Wish is coming to NEW YORK CITY! She’ll sail from NYC in September and October 2027 with select itineraries to Canada and Bermuda!

These sailings are VERY limited, and I fully expect them to go fast!!!

I say this every single time new DCL itineraries drop: BOOK EARLY.
Disney Cruise Line uses dynamic pricing, so typically the best pricing and stateroom availability is right when bookings open.
As the ship fills, prices go up!

We don’t have an official booking date yet, but I’m expecting it to be sometime next week.
