My clients chose Loews Royal Pacific Resort for their son’s 10th birthday. The included Universal Express Unlimited (skip the lines pass) was the primary motivator for their choice.

But today, the staff gave them another reason to love their choice!

They brought birthday decorations from home, and while they were out enjoying the parks for the day, the staff decorated their room using those decorations and added an unexpected snack basket to celebrate!

I know, the perks are a great reason to stay on property at Universal. But thoughtful service like this is what makes the stay feel really special, especially when you’re celebrating double digits!

✨ Happy check-in day to this sweet family at Walt Disney World!

With limited days and a goal of visiting all four parks, we worked together to make every minute count! 🏰

I helped by:

• Booking airport transportation straight to the parks, with luggage delivered to their resort
• Coordinating stroller rental
• Booking dining reservations and choosing the right Dining Plan for their meals
• Working through Disney account issues over multiple attempts so everyone was linked and had access to book rides and reservations
