I love happy client notes! "Funny story... As you know, we are in the highest level on the train. So we are in activities with the 3 couples in the next highest level (gold? platinum? whatever) One couple is a retired AF head surgeon, Graham, and his wife Bea, a retired AF head nurse.

Bea has repeatedly asked us when we scheduled this train ride in the Australius suite. We said about a year, through you, a high end Australia travel specialist. Well, Bea said they started planning this trip TWO years ago, and they were wait listed for the Australius suite. It was what they really wanted but it never became available. She basically wanted to know how we ended up in it if our trip planning started an entire year after theirs!
