If you travel, take steps to protect yourself and others from COVID-19:
• Don’t travel if you are sick or if you have been around someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
• Wear a mask to keep your nose and mouth covered when in public.
• Avoid close contact by staying at least 6 feet from anyone not from your household.
• Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol).
• Avoid contact with anyone sick.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

NEW CDC Travel Notices Level 3: COVID-19 in Romania, Qatar, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Ecuador, South Africa, Indonesia, and India. CDC recommends that all travelers avoid nonessential travel to these areas.

• Discuss travel in advance with your healthcare provider
• Avoid contact with sick people
• Do not touch your face (especially eyes, nose, or mouth) with unwashed hands
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
• Stay home for 14 days after your return to the United States. Monitor your health and practice social distancing.
