I honestly don’t know if I can fully explain how wonderful our trip was. The true Disney magic that came alive on this cruise was just unreal. This trip opened up a whole new vacation world for us!

Jack still hasn’t stopped telling everyone about it. From the food, to the kids club, to the Aquaduck, and everything in between — he could literally talk about it all day… I wonder where he gets that from? But seriously, Jack even asked to nap during the day so he could stay up late and close out the kids club every night.

The cutest part is that after he tells people how amazing it was, he immediately tells them they should book a cruise with me. Apparently he’s trying to sell enough trips so he can go back!

From an adult perspective, I loved that so much is included. There were no arcades to battle the kids about spending money in, and riding the Aquaduck didn’t cost extra — which is good because we may have ridden it 8 times back-to-back each night. Just ask my calves… they will confirm.

What I really loved is that Disney truly has the best of both worlds — amazing family fun and adults-only spaces. The kids club is so good your kids will practically beg to go… which means parents get some time to relax. Maybe a spa treatment? I highly recommend the pedicure!

And the entertainment… INCREDIBLE.
The Beauty and the Beast show? OMG. Broadway quality.

The only downside? Three days was nowhere near long enough. We tried to pack so much into such a short cruise!

So when I first started figuring out how to use all my flight credits, I had no idea where we were going to land. ✈️

Walt Disney World?
Universal Orlando Resort?
A cruise?
Somewhere in between?

I knew a Disney Cruise Line sailing was my dream come true… but I wasn’t sure about Jack. It’s been a while since we’ve done Disney, and he really wanted to go back to the parks.

But when I looked at everything from every angle, the cruise just made sense for us. And let me tell you… never in my wildest dreams did I think this trip would be as amazing as it was.

In just 2 days, yes just 2 of our 3…how many dreams can really come true?

Apparently… all of them. ✨

I don’t even know where to begin, so I’m just going to chalk it up to the Magic of Disney.

I asked Jack to rate the kids club from 1–10.
He said, “10 million.”

And honestly? I believe him.

I had to DRAG him out every night… at MIDNIGHT. The kid literally napped both days so he could shut the kids club down at night. 😂 Gaga ball was his absolute favorite! I don’t think I’ve ever seen him so happy and independent. (And he told me he wasn’t going)

And then… the fireworks at sea.

There is something absolutely unreal about standing on the deck, the ocean all around you, music playing, fireworks lighting up the sky — and holding your son in your arms while tears just stream down your face. 🥹

It’s the kind of moment you wish you could freeze forever. The kind that makes you realize time is flying and they aren’t little forever. The kind that makes every decision, every dollar, every ounce of planning completely worth it. Pure magic!

And the FOOD.

Anyone who knows me knows I’m a HUGE fan of Virgin Voyages because their food is incredible. But I have to say… Disney may have slightly surpassed them. Slightly.

The ship was spotless and felt brand new — which is wild considering it launched in 2010! Everything was so clean, so magical, and so thoughtfully done.

This trip filled our cups in ways I didn’t even know we needed. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

If you’re on the fence about a Disney cruise… this is your sign.

I can’t wait to see what our last day has in store!
