Day 3 aboard the Canyon Spirit and what an unforgettable journey it was! 🚂🏔️

As our train wound its way from Glenwood Springs to Denver, weaving in and out of spectacular canyons through the heart of the Rocky Mountains, we were constantly amazed by the scenery unfolding outside our windows. Honestly, pictures can’t do this experience justice.

We both agreed that witnessing these breathtaking landscapes from the train was something truly special. Many of these views aren't something you can fully appreciate from a car especially if you're the one driving! Being able to sit back, relax, and take it all in made the journey even more memorable.

We enjoyed another wonderful day onboard with delicious breakfast and lunch service, all while surrounded by some of the most incredible scenery we've ever seen.

Once I'm back home, I'll share a full recap of our Canyon Spirit adventure and explain how we can help customize this amazing experience for you. For now, I'll just say this: we had an absolutely incredible time on this unique rail journey, and it was unlike anything we've done before.

Posting this morning since i had wifi connection issues ladt night. Day 2 aboard the Canyon Spirit 🚂🏔️

Yesterday we traveled from Moab, Utah, to Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and the scenery along the way was absolutely incredible. We followed the Colorado River for much of the journey, with stunning views of towering canyon walls, shelf mountains, and beautiful landscapes around every turn.

We arrived in Glenwood Springs this evening, and although we didn't get to spend much time exploring since we didn't reach our overnight hotel until around 7:00 PM, it immediately felt like a place worth coming back to. It's such a charming mountain town and would be a fantastic stop on a Colorado road trip or a destination to spend extra time in if you're taking a train tour.

The onboard dining continues to be one of my favorite parts of the experience. For lunch, we kept things light with options like a protein-packed power bowl with chicken, rice, and fresh ingredients, or a trout sandwich featuring locally inspired flavors. I really appreciate how Canyon Spirit incorporates regional cuisine into the menu.

Dinner was more of an appetizer-style meal, and as Signature Class guests, we enjoyed access to a selection of complimentary spirits, wine, beer, and specialty beverages. Premium Class travelers have access to additional lounge cars with expanded bar service, cocktails, and snacks for an even more elevated experience.

Tomorrow is the leg of the trip I've been most excited about. We'll spend approximately eight hours traveling through the Rocky Mountains on our way to Denver, taking in some of the most spectacular scenery of the entire journey. It will also be the final day of our Canyon Spirit adventure, and I can't wait to see what awaits around the next bend.

Day 1 aboard Canyon Spirit is in the books! 🚂❤️

Our adventure started this morning in Salt Lake City with a short motorcoach ride to the train. Today's scenery was beautiful. We traveled from mountain landscapes into desert terrain and eventually arrived among the stunning red rocks of Moab.

We even encountered a dust storm along the way! The crew told us it's actually pretty rare, so that was definitely a unique experience.

And for my Disney friends, I swear I feel like I've stepped right into Radiator Springs! 🏜️🚗✨

We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch onboard today, and I shared photos of all the delicious meals in my Stories. The food has been excellent so far!

Once we arrived at our overnight hotel, Canyon Spirit provided transportation into downtown Moab, where we spent the evening exploring before finding a local restaurant for dinner.

Tomorrow we'll have a more relaxed morning before departing the hotel around 11:00 a.m. to board the train again and continue our journey to Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

So far, this trip has been an amazing mix of beautiful scenery, great food, and unforgettable experiences. Stay tuned for Day 2! 🚂🏔️🌄

After keeping you all in suspense about where we were headed… we officially arrived today in Salt Lake City! This is actually a brand new city for us, and we spent the day exploring before the real adventure begins tomorrow.

Tomorrow morning we board the Canyon Spirit luxury rail vacation for the next 3 days! We’ll be traveling by train during the day as we make our way toward Denver, then getting off each evening to stay in hotels included in the package and explore some of the small towns along the route.

Wi-Fi may be a little limited while we’re on the train, but I’ll be sharing daily recaps each evening and posting stories whenever I can along the way.

Today we’re staying at the beautiful Little America here in Salt Lake City, but after being up since 1:30 this morning, it’s definitely going to be an early night. Our pickup to head to the train is at 7:00 a.m. tomorrow!

See you all tomorrow as the adventure officially begins 🚂✨
