🌊 DENISE TRAVELS | Drawn to the Water

Maybe it's the Pisces in me...but when I arrive at a sand-and-sea destination, I'm immediately drawn to the WATER. 💙

And at Moon Palace The Grand Punta Cana, WOW.

Pools that can be serene or active. Beautiful water features. An incredible infinity pool seemingly stretching forever. And then...that magnificent beach and beautiful, swimmable Caribbean Sea. 🌴

What impressed me was how intentionally the resort was designed around it all. From so many of the open-air spaces, you can see it, feel it and immediately know you're somewhere tropical and extraordinary.

When I experience a resort firsthand, these are the things I notice.
Because sometimes choosing the right resort isn't only about the room or the restaurants.

It's about how a place makes you FEEL.

And this Pisces girl was very happy. 🌊💙

Paris: Give Yourself Permission to Wander

Sometimes the best way to experience a destination is to give yourself permission to simply...wander.

That's exactly what we did in Paris.

We walked. A LOT. We crossed the Seine, explored different neighborhoods, stopped when something caught our attention, and gradually began understanding how this remarkable city fits together.

And something wonderful happened.

Paris stopped feeling overwhelming and started feeling surprisingly easy to navigate.

We weren't trying to check everything off a list. We chose our must-do experiences together—and left room for everything in between.

The cafés. The architecture. The people. The unexpected discoveries.

Sometimes those unplanned moments become the ones you remember most. ❤️

There's seeing Paris...and then there's experiencing Paris. One of the greatest gifts of travel is giving yourself permission to slow down.

To linger a little longer over a café au lait. Wander without an agenda. Notice the architecture. Listen to the sounds around you. Sit along the Seine and simply take it all in.

My recent time in Paris reminded me that some of our most memorable travel moments aren't necessarily the ones on the itinerary.

They're the moments in between. ❤️

After decades of traveling the world, I still return home with something new—a discovery, a perspective, an experience I can't wait to share with our clients.

Last October, I had the privilege of touring what was then an active construction site with the General Manager of what would become Moon Palace The Grand Punta Cana.

She shared the vision.
I imagined the possibilities.

This past week, I returned as a Palace Pro Champion, just three weeks after opening, and all I can say is... WOW! 💙

To witness the transformation firsthand was nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail reflects thoughtful design, authentic hospitality, exceptional dining, and experiences created for families, groups, and travelers seeking something truly special.

Even more meaningful was reconnecting with treasured travel industry friends, meeting new colleagues, and spending time with an amazing leadership team who welcomed us with such warmth. I continue to be inspired by the spirit of collaboration over competition—one of the many reasons I love this industry.

I can't wait to introduce our Travel Concepts clients to this remarkable new resort and help create memories that will last a lifetime.

One of the greatest privileges of my career has been building trusted relationships with exceptional travel partners around the world.
