The islands of Turks and Caicos have always been on my bucket list. Through pictures and videos, it always looked like one of the most beautiful places in the world, but nothing truly prepares you for seeing it in person.
As our plane began its descent into the airport, I immediately realized the photos and videos don’t do this island justice. The water was the clearest I’ve ever seen, glowing with that striking turquoise color. The sand looked impossibly white and soft. It was honestly overwhelming, in the best possible way, and for a moment it left me completely speechless.
Then you arrive at Beaches Turks & Caicos, and somehow it gets even better. The resort truly feels like heaven on earth. One of the most impressive things is how each village has its own unique personality.
The Key West Village offers a quieter but still lively vibe. The Italian Village is where the energy really comes alive and the party happens. Then you have the French Village, Caribbean Village, and Seaside Village, each with their own pools, restaurants, and bars. The variety of room types throughout the resort makes it perfect for couples, families, or larger groups traveling together.
But the real reason for this trip was to preview the brand new Treasure Beach Village.
This newest addition is absolutely stunning. It features 11 new room categories, 7 new restaurants, including the famous Butch’s Steakhouse, and the new Pinta Food Hall. The pool area alone is breathtaking, with a swim-up bar and an infinity pool overlooking what might be the most picturesque stretch of beach and water I’ve ever seen. There’s even a cinema within the village.
The accommodations are equally impressive. From beautiful entry-level rooms all the way up to incredible three-story, four-bedroom beachfront butler suites, it’s clear no detail was overlooked in the design of this village. Beaches has truly expanded what it means to offer a luxury all-inclusive family experience, and they’re clearly not slowing down.
As amazing as the resort itself was, my favorite part of the trip was the people. From the General Manager of the entire resort to the maintenance staff working behind the scenes, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can truly feel the warmth of the Caribbean culture here, it’s something that makes the entire experience even more special.
In just three nights, we barely scratched the surface of everything there is to do.
Beaches Turks & Caicos is a true all-inclusive family resort, where “all-inclusive” really means everything. Want water sports? They’re included. Guests can enjoy snorkeling trips, glass-bottom boat rides, and more. There’s also an incredible water park featuring a lazy river, multiple water slides, and even a surf simulator. Snacks, entertainment, parties, nightlife, it’s all here. Honestly, I could keep going.
To wrap up the trip, we were treated to what felt like a once-in-a-lifetime celebration dinner. Travel advisors from all over the world gathered together as the Sandals and Beaches team hosted a beautiful seaside teal and white celebration. With the ocean as the backdrop, it felt like something straight out of a movie.
To say that Beaches Turks & Caicos is a one-of-a-kind experience would be an understatement. The quality is second to none, the people are incredible, and the beach is something I used to think only existed in dreams.
I honestly didn’t want to come home.
Maybe it’s time to move.
