SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: 2020 was a crazy year for everyone! Two good things that occurred were, Plum Hill Properties was actually VERY busy, and secondly it was our first full year with our first grandbaby!!! Craig and I made a huge decision in late November to sell out and no longer continue the Vacation Rental Business. We enjoyed our adventure and learned alot from running our first business together. Who knows what we will come up with next, but in 2021 we plan to slow down and enjoy ourselves and our families a little more. Thank you all for your support in the last 3 years!

This group reserved both of our Vacation rental homes in Havana, IL. They are just a few houses apart from each other, for a family reunion. We take reservations 1 year in advance, so if your looking for the perfect family reunion venue let us know!

We asked Behr Necessities (Lewistown, Illinois) to make us a Hot Tub cake for our friends anniversary. They did an amazing job AND the cake was delicious!!
