What happens when you get a text from a client saying their flight tomorrow is likely going to be cancelled but they can catch a flight within a few hours?

I got to work calling on their behalf to get them a night added to their package! Best part, it gave them an even bigger discount and they got to stay the extra night AND MADE MONEY! 😜

I’ve never seen that happen before but let me tell you I was thrilled for them! Got them an extra night, $18 refund and checked on them to make sure everything went smoothly getting there!

Now I call that a win and a successful day as a travel agent! I try my hardest to make my clients travel as smooth as possible! Now they get to enjoy a little more Butterbeer ice cream and a full day at the park 😘
