On this day last year it was the first time I stepped into Epic Universe – the game-changing theme park at Universal Orlando Resort!

I knew I’d enjoy Dark Universe, the Universal Monsters-themed land, but I was pleasantly surprised by how immersive Isle of Berk turned out to be, and the park’s food is absolutely phenomenal! If you haven’t experienced it yet, I’d be happy to help plan your vacation to Universal Orlando Resort!
