Booking “off property” at Disneyland doesn’t mean being far away — some Good Neighbor hotels are literally a shorter walk to the gates than the Disneyland Hotel or Pixar Place Hotel. It’s worth looking around before you automatically pick a Disney resort.

I’ve stayed with the neighbors before, and the location was chef’s kiss — quick walk, easy mornings, no fuss.

Disneyland people…on property always or happily stay with the neighbors.

Before the MCU took over movie screens, Marvel heroes lived loud, bold and larger‑than‑life on the pages of comic books — and that’s exactly the version you’ll find at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Marvel Super Hero Island is bright, chaotic in the best way, and packed with classic comic‑style Spider‑Man, Captain America, Wolverine and more.

Forget the movies for a minute…which classic Marvel hero would you be most excited to run into? My all‑time favorite is Ironman!

Walt Disney Presents at Hollywood Studios is one of those spots where you can tell exactly what kind of Disney person someone is. Some of us head in because we genuinely love seeing Walt’s story and all the early park history. Others… well, we’ve been melting on Sunset Blvd and that blast of cold air feels like a gift.

Bluey and Bingo have officially gone to sea — you can find them on select Disney Cruise Line sailings for character greetings, games, dance parties, and all kinds of playful fun. And let’s be honest… this isn’t just exciting for the kids.

Walt Disney World has the classic cheeseburger down, but apparently putting it on a bun wasn’t enough. They’ve turned those familiar flavors into spring rolls (Adventureland), steamed cheeseburger bao buns (Satuli Canteen), and even cheeseburger pods.

If your family treats “cheeseburger” like its own food group, Disney understood the assignment. Sure, you can grab a great burger — but why stop there when you can try all the fun twists?

If Disney slapped the word cheeseburger in front of a donut or a muffin… are you ordering it?

A big “complaint” I hear is the no drink package thing — but Disney is upfront about it on their official site: soft drinks are included at meals and at the drink stations, while alcohol and specialty drinks are simply pay‑as‑you‑go. No pressure to “drink your money’s worth,” no surprise add‑on costs.

Another so‑called negative I actually love? No casino. Disney leans into storytelling, entertainment, and family fun instead — and for a lot of cruisers, that’s a huge plus.

Did you know Wilderness Lodge has its own mascot, Humphrey the Bear? He’s tucked into the merch, holding up the character totem pole in the lobby, and even pops up in pin trading… but you won’t catch him wandering the resort...yet.
