Starting on the building process again inside the maisonette this week, so far without loans.

Getting a little more done on the Maisonette. Most of Electrical done. Some left for porch lights and under Patio. Working on the plumbing currently. Dishwasher hooked up , plumbing ready for the small Rv size washer/dryer in one. Should be finished soon with the sewer hooked up. Taking next month off for vacation.

When this rental becomes available you will find we are close to a lot of Fun !Louisiana with its amazing cuisine, horse racing French Quarters, and Antebellum homes and of course state of the arch casinos . The Gulf of Mexico beaches of Galveston if so close you can feel the Gulf breeze. Lot’s of historic places to visit a couple hours away or less from the Le Maisonette county tiny house located in a small community in Moss Bluff Texas.
We are located in South Liberty County just minutes away from the 3rd oldest city in Texas. Liberty Texas.
Houston and Beaumont are just a hour away each way.
So, many interesting places to explore, old Fort Anahuac, Gator Fest and Bolivar Peninsula to name a few. Take the ferry to Galveston and get a good view of the Port of Galveston might even see the Alissa tall ship if in port.
Don’t for get Dickens on the Strand or Mari Gras both unique and exciting Galveston events. But, remember you can come back home to relax with a beautiful sunrise n the lake.

Putting in some tile in Bathroom . Sheetrock rock started. Arching door and windows. Taking a break before finishing the tile and rest of Sheetrock. I am loving this tiny home “ The French country Maisonette “
