ONE LAST SUMMER NIGHT IN LIBERTY!

Our 2026 Summer Music Series wraps up Friday, September 11, and we’re closing out the season by bringing back Nicholas Jamerson & The Morning Jays!

Eastern Kentucky native Nicholas Jamerson is one half of the beloved Kentucky duo Sundy Best, and over the last decade has also built an impressive catalog of his own. Performing solo and with his band, The Morning Jays, Jamerson has made his mark on stages from the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium to festivals throughout the region.

His songs are rooted in the natural world, warm-hearted characters, and the struggles and triumphs of modern Appalachian life. With The Morning Jays, that storytelling meets a blend of country, rock, folk, bluegrass, R&B, and four-part harmony.

Come spend one last summer evening with us in Liberty!

Our September Photo Challenge is ready for you!
We are looking forward to cooler temps and we would love to see all those beautiful pictures of the breathtaking farms around Casey County - September's theme is "Down on the Farm"!
Must be taken in . Submit by September 29th, winners announced the 30th. Comment to enter. Photos MAY contain people, with individuals' consent.
Contest Rules and Details:
1. Each photographer may enter a maximum of 5 photographs per month.
2. All submissions must be taken within Casey County, with the listed location of where the photo was taken.
3. Identifiable people must give consent to be photographed.
4. Submit photos as a high-quality image.
5. Photos must be the poster’s original work. No watermarks, watermarks will be asked to be removed, cropped out, or photos will not be chosen.
6. Must be 13 and over to enter. Entries by individuals 13-17 must have legal guardian’s permission. Please have guardian contact through messenger or via email.
