, you'll enjoy aerial views of Menehune Fishpond, Kipu Kai, Poipu and sunny south shore. You'll fly through Waimea Canyon to the majestic Napali Coast including the famous valleys of Milolii, Nualolo, Kalalau, and Hanakapiai. You'll be dazzled by Hanalei Bay and numerous waterfalls as your pilot turns towards the heart of Kauai-Waialeale Crater-where you'll trace the Wailua River(and it's name-sake waterfall) towards the blue Pacific Ocean.

Sometimes those clouds make for the best flights!

Back from a short vacation over to the Garden Isle and it was a without a doubt one of the most incredible things I've witnessed in person. Hard to believe we're able to take a flight less than an hour and travel back through geologic history from the year old lava fields of Big Island to the 5 million year old scarred landscape of Kaua'i.

These cliffs (pali) captured my heart when I first saw them in another person’s photo ~20 years ago.
It caused me to travel (and eventually, move) to Hawaii.
I hope that my photos do that for someone someday, too. At least the travel part.
