She runs. She drives. And in October, she's rolling into Cruisin' the Coast. 🚗💨

Our '87 Honda CRX just fired up under her own power for the first time since we brought her home and yeah, she's still a little rough around the edges (bad fuel, no brakes yet, carbon fiber parts still in the shed 👀), but that's the whole point. This is what a real build looks like before it's a show car.

Cruisin' the Coast has a 1989-and-older cutoff — which shuts most tuner cars out of the show entirely. So we found a way in. This CRX earns its spot, and it's bringing JDM culture to a lineup that's usually all American muscle.

The clock is ticking day by day. Less than 90 days now... 70 days to be exact, and we HAVE to have this car running and driving. 😩

This 1987 first-gen Honda CRX Si (fuel injected!) is supposed to be our showpiece for the Coast 2026 and right now it's fighting us every step of the way. Sunroof leak test? Failed. And the leak soaked the ECU so bad the casing is damaged and corroded. Every time we think we're ahead, something else goes wrong.

The stress is real. The deadline isn't moving. Follow along as we race against time to get this thing running before October.

We traded the boat for a 6.0 F350 dually and it's time to explain why.
This channel didn't start with trucks. It started with a detailing side hustle in Illinois that Zander bet me I couldn't turn into anything. Then COVID hit, then overlanding, then that Harbor Freight trailer build that still pulls views today. Somewhere in there we drifted from what got us here.
So we're going back to it. We buy it. We fix it. We live it. That's the whole model now.
The boat is getting swapped for a pontoon that actually fits our water access. The F350 is getting bulletproofed, built out, and slammed on a 8 lug to 10 lug conversion with Alcoa 22.5s. There's a horse trailer becoming a toy hauler. There's Amsoil, there's Cruisin' the Coast planning for a bigger setup this October, and there's Scrapin' the Coast coming up this weekend as our first look at it.
