We made it to Cruisin' the Coast 2026! 🏁
We loaded our 1987 Honda CRX Si on the trailer behind the F-350 and hauled it to Biloxi. We got to enjoy it for a little while... but little did we know our day was about to get cut short. 😬
This little CRX is our way of bringing a bit of tuner culture into the show. The '80s imports are classics now too, and we want to see more of them out here!

Cruisin' the Coast 2026 — Biloxi, MS 🌴🚗

Not every trip goes as planned. The CRX has thrown us a few curveballs this week, but we're making it the best we can and still having a blast down here on the Gulf Coast.

The real highlight was meeting some of the people who got me into this path in the first place. The crew from Kindig-It Design (Dave and Kevin "Kevdawg"), Christy Lee from MotorTrend, and Courtney Hansen and Chris Jacobs from Overhaulin'. Plus the legend Dennis Gage from My Classic Car. I grew up watching these folks build cars and tell stories, and that's a big reason JK Adventures exists today. Getting to shake their hands and say thank you meant more than I can put into words.

Now Mother Nature wants in on the fun. There's a possible Cat 2 hurricane headed toward our hometown near Pensacola, so we may be cutting the trip short to get back and get things secured. Stay safe out there, everyone on the coast. 🌀

We're headed to Cruisin' the Coast! 🌊🚗

Cruisin' only lets in 1989 and older, so for years the tuner crowd has been on the outside looking in. So we did the only thing we could do. We dragged a 1987 Honda CRX Si out of the weeds, fought a dead cylinder, a seized alternator, a leaking sunroof and a soaked ECU, and got it running and driving just in time.

It's not a show car. It's a rolling promise. Right now it's running a tired D15. In November it gets a B18 swap, Hondata, the works. And Low Blow, our slammed F350 dually, is rolling in right beside it.

If you see us out there, come say hey and show us YOUR build. Skyline, 240, 300ZX, 3000GT, Civic, whatever you've got. Tuner cars are classic cars now, and we want to see them.
