As we wrap up another incredible adventure, Mr. Pierce and I simply want to say… Thank You.

What an unforgettable journey! We are so incredibly proud of each of you for embracing every moment, enduring the summer heat, and taking advantage of the opportunity to experience some of the world’s most amazing places, cultures, and history.

Every trip has a few bumps in the road… and this one certainly had a few extra! But through it all, we worked together, practiced patience, laughed (a lot!), adapted when plans changed, and created memories that will last a lifetime.

One of our favorite parts of leading these trips is watching complete strangers become friends and seeing each traveler grow in confidence. There is nothing quite like watching someone navigate a foreign city for the first time—and after conquering the Paris Metro, we knew you could handle just about anything! Moments like those are exactly why Mr. Pierce and I continue to lead these experiences.

Our greatest hope is that this trip:

Inspires you to keep learning about our incredible world and the many cultures that make it so unique.
Motivates you to work hard and be successful so that you have the opportunity to continue exploring the world throughout your life.
Helps you gain perspective, grow in humility, and appreciate just how fortunate we are.
And most importantly… that you’ve caught the travel bug and never stop seeking new adventures!

What’s Next?

Summer 2027 Adult Travel Adventure/

Whether you’ve traveled with us before or this would be your very first trip, we’d love to have you join us as we explore Thailand and Cambodia, with an optional extension to Singapore! Adult trips are a little more relaxed, giving travelers extra time to soak in each destination while still experiencing incredible culture, history, and adventure.

Summer 2028 Student Adventure:

We’ll be traveling through Berlin, Potsdam, Krakow, Budapest, Prague, and Vienna, with a powerful educational visit to Auschwitz. Student trips move at a faster pace, but they offer unforgettable opportunities for learning, personal growth, and building lifelong friendships.

📌 Registration links for both trips can be found below! Please share these links with everyone you know! This is how we get to continue to lead these tours. Please share this post on your personal page as well.

Before we sign off, we asked this year’s travelers to share their “Advice for Student Travelers in 2028.” We collected some amazing responses, and we’ve shared a few of our favorites below. We hope they inspire the next group of adventurers!
Thank you again for trusting us with this journey. It is truly one of our greatest joys to experience the world alongside such incredible people.

Until the next adventure…

Happy Travels,
Mr. and Mrs. Pierce

Some advice from 2026 travelers:
- Make the most of it.
- Make new friends.
- Bring a neck pillow- maybe some NyQuil!
- Be on time.
-Bring a hand fan.
- Maximize the free time by doing research on the cities before hand.
- Hydrate!
- Spend your parents’ money 😂
- Always be aware of your surroundings.
- Try talking to everyone. You will make new friends.
- Don’t wear flimsy flip flops.
- Complaining about the heat won’t make it any cooler.
- Remember where you are and how lucky you are to get the experience.

We are home! Our amazing travelers are all so happy to be home.

When asking them what they were looking forward to the most, can you guess what the top responses were? “My bed”, “My shower” and finally “Air conditioning!” 😂

Please meet us at the Air Canada terminal.

Today was a whirlwind to see the sights! We started with St. Peter’s Basilica, free time to explore, the Roman Forum, and the Coliseum. What a fantastic last full day of travel and adventures.

Today was the hottest day we’ve experienced on this trip and our travelers did great staying hydrated and powering through a hot day! We are so proud of them!

Today we spent the day exploring Rome and parts of Vatican City, but only after our bus broke down- again! Different bus, different problem, same resilient travelers that rolled with the punches until we got on a new bus.

First stop was Castel Gandolfo- the Pope’s Summer home. It had the most beautiful scenery!

We had free time to explore Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and more!

We took an evening tour through the Vatican Museum to the Sistine Chapel.

It was a great day full of amazing art, sculptures, culture, smiles, sweat, and memories.

Yesterday we visited another Gaudi masterpiece- Casa Mila and then our lovely tour director, Eduardo, treated the whole tour group to ice cream. 🍦Some of us went into La Família Sagrada, all I can say is “wow”. I’m so glad that our students got this experience! Dinner last night was on our own, yet most of our students went together with some of our new friends from the Florida and Texas groups.

Just as we said in the meetings, the students are creating life long friendships and building so much worldly confidence. It’s an honor to witness it. 💗

Today we are flying from Spain to Italy so I will probably update when we land safely, but not post photos this evening.

Today we had a local guide show us around Barcelona including Park Guell,La Sagrada Família, and Placa de Catalunya. For dinner we had a traditional Spanish meal of Tapas. It’s almost 10pm and we are heading back to the hotel now. Stay tuned for what is next…. Heather Pierce Bob Pierce

Today was mostly spent traveling from France to Spain via train. This gave our travelers a much needed rest after a few long busy days. We arrived in Spain and our bus broke down! (All a part of traveling possibilities!) Lucky for us, we only had to walk an extra 10-12 minutes and we got a new bus to get us to our next destination. We visited the city of Girona. It was beautiful and a welcomed reprieve from the crowds in London and especially Paris. Its small alleys, quaint shops, delicious gelato, and gorgeous scenery (Game of Thrones was filmed here) made for a perfect late afternoon. Our hotel is in Calella. We are directly across the street from the Mediterranean Sea and the kids had fun at the beach. Turns out tonight is a huge celebration for the people of Spain- the festival of San Juan Batista. This means many people out and about, loud music, and lots and lots of fire works ( happening this very moment at 12:06am)! At least they are all truly experiencing the culture of Spain.

Send good thoughts to our travelers that they get rest! 😳😂🇪🇸

We want to start by wishing all of the amazing fathers, grandfathers, and father figures a very Happy Father’s Day! We hope your day was filled with love.

For our traveling family, the day was FULL and HOT 🔥! We packed many great moments into a single day and the students did so well. They experienced true Paris culture and did a fantastic job on the metro (which was an adventure). Great job, travelers!

The walking and bus tour including the Eiffel Tower, the Palace of Versailles, Notre Dame, River Seine cruise, Sacre Coeur, the metro experience to the Trocadero to see the Eiffel Tower lit up! This day was one for the memory books.

Unfortunately, with the heat of the day and the fast pace, we didn’t get quite as many photos as I would have liked. I’m sorry about that.

Travelers- please drop any of your favorite pictures from our day in the comments.

Now, on to day 7. Let’s see what fun lies ahead. Bob Pierce Heather Pierce
