Recent and past Europe trip travelers, tune in to the Olympics right now! It is so cool to see the places we’ve been to on tv. They shut down the streets and put a beautiful facade on one of the bridges. Our son, Ledger, who traveled with us on the 2024 trip said, “Wow! Notre Dame looks so different and built up already”. We were just there in June.

I hope you tune in, root for America in the games, and think of the amazing places you have/you could visit!

We’ve landed in Toronto after a nearly 9.5 hour flight from Rome. We are so excited to get home to our friends, family, pets, and the comfort of our own beds (a little ice in soda sounds pretty good too!).

We will keep you posted on flights, but for right now please plan on picking up your traveler at the Sacramento Airport at 9:20pm. Plan to be there early as your student is tired as are the adults.

The Lincoln Safari gang is on the plane in Rome heading to Toronto. First flight is running on time as of right now.

A BIG HUGE thank you to our tour guide, John. John was our tour guide from the airport back to the airport. We learned so much from him such as how to say words in Italian and French, some hand gestures, lots of history, and travel safety!

Day 10: Our last day was spent in the gorgeous, Capri. It was the perfect end to our adventure!

We’ve traveled thousands of miles, by plane, high speed train, bus, and metro. We’ve learned new words, hand signals, and about different cultures and customs. We’ve tried new foods, visited the places we learned about in history classes, and made some new friends. We are ready to come back to the comforts of home! 💙💚

Please be at the airport no later than 9:30pm on the 24th to pick up your student traveler.
