🌿 What I mean when I say “wellness travel”
Wellness can mean a lot of things.
For me, it’s more than just spa days or fitness classes.
It’s about mental and emotional wellbeing.
The kind that gets worn down by busy schedules, constant noise, and everyday stress.
✈️ To me, wellness travel is simple:
👉 any trip taken with the intention to fill your cup
To slow down.
To reconnect.
To feel like yourself again.
When I plan trips, I’m not just thinking about where you’re going.
I’m thinking about:
👉 how you want to feel when you come home.
