As the temperatures drop, and the snow falls, it's time to think about summertime vacations...... warm weather, sandy beach, relaxing.....

The 2024 calendar is now open and taking reservations! Studios - great for a couples getaway, or our 3 bedroom penthouse for a family vacation. All have water view balconies overlooking the beach!

Need a last minute beach vacation ?!?!?

Reservation for this weekend into next week just canceled. Now we have an opening in our PENTHOUSE. We will offer special pricing of $400/night, just for these dates of 8/10 - 8/18 (including the weekend nights!)

Must book minimum of 3 nights, cleaning fee of $150 and taxes will be added on. No refunds.

The experts have spoken..... we are in for a great foliage season. Come stay at Suites by the Sea, we may be located at the beach, but we are surround by Camden Hills State Park. Take a day trip to Acadia National Park.... Lots to see and do.
