Indigo Moo'd Ice Cream turns FIVE today! 🥰

Can you believe we’re 5 years old?! We can’t wait to celebrate with you tonight from 6-9:00 pm! We’ve got ice cream themed trivia (with prizes!) at 6:30, sand art plant potting at 7:30 and games, music and good company all evening.

We also have some great sales tonight on milkshakes and sundaes, as well as ice cream charcuterie boards!

The 36-mile Falun Classic began in 1992, when Larue Nelson and Judy Murphy created the ride to encourage Bethany College students to get outdoors, exercise, and explore the Kansas countryside.

Today, the Falun Classic remains a beloved fall tradition for area cyclists. This paved-road ride begins and ends in Lindsborg, with the small community of Falun serving as a SAG stop along the route.

Looking for a shorter option with fewer hills? The 25-mile Mac and Back follows the Meadowlark Trail, offering an intermediate ride on a packed-limestone surface.

This sypglass belonged to Major Leonard Nils Holmberg, and he used it to spy on his workers at his farm. If the workers weren't working fast enough, he was known to shoot at them. Holmberg, as you can imagine, was described as "peculiar, stern, and hard," and was considered a dangerous man to know. The spyglass was professionally restored and donated to the Lindsborg Old Mill & Swedish Heritage Museum.
