Don’t miss this opportunity! One month from now you can witness addresses by two of the greatest abolitionists of their time. Nationally-recognized scholar, Nathan M. Richardson, portrays Frederick Douglass. Local retired library administrator, George W.S. Hays, who spearheaded the transcription of Pap’s Diary, portrays Salem’s own Daniel Howell Hise. Tickets for this performance on March 24th at 7pm at the First Friends Church in Salem are now on sale.
