Last night, over glasses of our favorite wines and plenty of laughs with my girlfriends, the conversation naturally turned to one of my favorite topics: wine and travel. 🍷✈️
Because let’s be honest…there’s something magical about sipping a great wine where it was born. Add beautiful scenery, incredible food, a little luxury, and suddenly you have my kind of vacation.
A few wine destinations that deserve a spot on your travel list:
🇺🇸 Napa Valley, California — Think private tastings, vineyard lunches, gorgeous resorts, and those golden-hour views that make you want to linger just a little longer.
🇺🇸 Willamette Valley, Oregon — Pinot Noir, rolling vineyards, boutique wineries, and an effortlessly chic countryside vibe.
🇺🇸 Finger Lakes, New York — A hidden gem for wine lovers, with stunning lakeside scenery, intimate wineries, and plenty of charm.
🌍 Tuscany, Italy — Picture yourself surrounded by vineyards and cypress-lined roads, enjoying a leisurely lunch with a glass of Chianti. Yes, please.
🌍 Bordeaux, France — Elegant châteaux, legendary wines, exquisite cuisine, and the kind of experience that makes you slow down and savor every moment.
🛳️ Rhône River Wine Cruise, France — Now this is my idea of luxury: unpack once, wake up somewhere beautiful, explore renowned wine regions by day, and return to an elegant river ship by evening. A wine lover’s dream with a little wanderlust sprinkled in.
The best part? Wine travel isn’t just about the wine. It’s about the stories, the people, the food, the landscapes, and those “remember when we…” moments you bring home with you.
So tell me…if we were raising a glass somewhere in the world tomorrow, where would you want to be? 🍷✨
