They say when you look good you feel good!!! I could sit here and complain about so many things, but instead I just want to thank God for always taking care and providing for me. When I sit here and think about everything that has been thrown at me I can't help but to laugh and cry. God has helped me through it all and I know he will continue to do so. I know he isn't finished with me because he has protected me through so many things. A years worth of work... was it hard YES😔 did I fall off YES plenty of times🥺, did I give up NO. You can do anything you put your mind to, when you have goals you don't stop until you reach them, and even after you reach them keep going. You won't always love the workout but you will eventually love the results. ONE workout at a time, ONE meal at a time, and ONE day at a time. "Suck it up and one day you won't have to sick it in" 😂 💪🏾🔥

There is NO way I could've done this alone!!! I'm so blessed and thankful to have a village behind my mom, and myself!!!💞 Even though my big brother and his wife wasn't able to make it down his presence has truly been felt this whole journey. We have a group of some pretty amazing people that I won't even list, but they know who they are. They make sure to check on us both daily sometimes multiple times a day and for that I am forever thankful.🥰 When I say I want to be like my mom when I grow up I truly mean that💪🏾. She has been through so much,and conqured it all.She is clothed in strength and dignity and laughs without fear of the future! Proverbs 31:25🎀

I was attacked last night, but I won the fight. Now I wasn't physically attacked, but mentally yes. You see I have a lot on my plate and on my mind, and the devil has been busy. After having 4 bad dreams last night and getting 2.5hrs of sleep I realized I lost sight of God and his promise to me. I know he is going to work everything out for His good, and in that Joy is found!

Geez!!!! I honestly don't know where to begin!!!! We've been doing this workout life together for a little over a year now and it was that love hate relationship. Who would've thought me doing real push-ups and lifting heavy weights. I gave you the look like girl please and you would always be like I'm not asking I'm telling you🤣. I appreciate you believing in me more than I believed in myself. Although I'm super excited about your new journey and to see you blossom from here, I would be lying if I said I wasn't sad about it.💔 Thanks for being an amazing coach and giving me guidance to reach my goals, I honestly can't wait to make you super proud and reach those goals soon. I pray God continues to bless you and open many more doors of opportunities for you... love you 💜💜💜
