I recently visited Salt Lake City for an ASTA conference and stayed in two great downtown hotels.
Saw the botanical gardens and aquarium, did some shopping and attended lots of classes about travel. Toured American Cruise Lines training facilities and was amazed by their virtual captain training.
Quirky bike parade Thursday night through the city was a bonus site viewed from my top floor window after returning from the gala dinner . Thank you Kevin at Collette for the gala invitation!
This is another great small city that has a lot to offer families on vacation and not just for winter ski vacations.
Located centrally to several national parks , Salt Lake City is an easy choice to fly into for a visit to Yellowstone and the Tetons as well as Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks .
