DAY 2: CRUISING HALONG BAY
Cruising through Halong Bay offers a mesmerizing experience, as you glide past its emerald waters, towering limestone karsts, and lush islands, immersing yourself in the serene beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage site. The imperial city of Hue is the spiritual heart of Vietnam and home to Nguyen Dynasty emperors. Admire the beauty of Hue’s bridges, canals, and lakes. And Hoi An is a tranquil 16th-century trading town that has changed little over the centuries. Walk over the 400-year-old covered bridge, pausing to ponder the dog and monkey statues guarding either end.

DAY 4: CHAN MAY (HUE), VIETNAM
Hue, located near the port of Chan May, is a city rich in history and culture, once the imperial capital of Vietnam. Known for its ancient citadel, royal tombs, and stunning pagodas, Hue offers a glimpse into the country’s royal past. Visitors can explore the UNESCO-listed Imperial City, the serene Thien Mu Pagoda, and the elaborate tombs of past emperors, making it a fascinating destination for history and culture enthusiasts.

DAY 1 – Wednesday, October 7, 2026
ARRIVAL IN ITALY – PERUGIA
Arrival Rome Airport or Florence or Bologna. Meet your private bus/van driver at the arrival area and transfer to Perugia (Umbria). Arrival in a lovely hotel in Perugia center. Recently restored in the heart of the historical center, double rooms, bed & breakfast.

Perugia, the capital of Umbria, is one of Italy’s most captivating art cities, where history and modern life blend beautifully. Every corner reveals layers of its past, from Etruscan roots to Roman influence and medieval charm, all wrapped in a timeless atmosphere. The city is rich in culture, celebrated not only for its art and architecture but also for its incredible food, w**e, and lively festivals like Eurochocolate and Umbria Jazz. At its heart lies Piazza IV Novembre, a stunning square that brings together Perugia’s most important landmarks. TRUFFLES AND EXCELLENT W**ES
Breakfast and morning private bus transfer towards Trevi an enchanting village famous for its olive oil and truffles 40 min. travel.

Truffle Hunting experience and lunch. An ancestral tradition that connects man to the land. Truffle hunting is an immersion into a world that leads us straight to our rural roots. Accompanied by Bruno, our expert truffle hunter, and his dogs, we organize the hunt for the prized underground gift within the Estate. The experience begins with an educational session focused on truffles.

The program:
• Chef welcome
• Truffle hunting whit a local guide (Cavatore di Tartufi) in their estate
• Lunch based on truffles, in particular the famous Uovo Croccante al tartufo, and the traditional pasta al tartufo

Wisdom learned from the land, a nose trained by his dogs, and an innate passion: we’re talking about Bruno, the king of truffle hunters, the expert among experts. A true legend, a friend, a companion in countless adventures through woods and truffle fields. With his exceptional dogs, he has traversed the Estate and this part of Umbria far and wide: no one knows it like he does. It is with Bruno that we will uncover the secrets of the truffles of San Pietro a Pettine. Lunch based on truffles and w**e.

Afternoon - You have the occasion to visit Trevi, an enchanting local village founded on the olive oil culture since the roman times… Museum of the olive civilization, planned and sponsored by the Trevi municipality, with the fundamental financial contribution of the Umbrian Region and the European Community, is dedicated to the oil culture and olive cultivation, really interesting to learn more olive oil and its origin and tradition.

DAY 5 – Sunday, October 11, 2026
TRASIMENO LAKE & MONTEPULCIANO
Travel to Lake Trasimeno area. Breakfast and meeting with your bus private driver. Departure to Castiglione del Lago one of the most enchanting and hidden places of Italy. Meeting with your guide and start a nice tour of this enchanting village front the lake and the medieval Duke Ascanio della Corgna's Castle, XV century.

Wear comfortable shoes and climb to the top for sweeping views, or enjoy an easier stroll through scenic walkways below. After your tour, settle into a charming local micro cellar where small-batch w**emaking takes center stage. Savor a traditional Umbrian lunch with cured meats, handmade pasta, and rare local specialties, paired with exceptional w**es like DOC Colli del Trasimeno and Gamay. Next, travel to Montepulciano, a stunning hilltop town rich in history, art, and Renaissance beauty. DAY 6 – Monday, October 12, 2026
FLORENCE – City Center Street Food Tour
Breakfast and morning at leisure in Florence.

A Street food tour with our native guides Giulia or Lisa. The walking tour starts around 10.30 am. Florence is a fascinating city waiting to be discovered, and it's undoubtedly one of the capitals of Italian street food. Lampredotto, bomboloni, panini, buchette del vino, just to name a few, are among the local peculiarities that have become known and loved around the world! With this delicious street food group tour in Florence, about 2.5h, you'll have the chance to taste the city's most iconic street foods. As you stroll through the winding alleys of the historic center and visit some of the most authentic local spots including San Lorenzo Market, you'll be immersed in the aromas and flavors of Florence, guided by a local expert who will lead you on this flavorful journey. Listen to fascinating stories and anecdotes that make Florence unique, and fall in love with this gem of Italy. DAY 7 – Tuesday, October 13, 2026
The Authentic Tuscany Countryside
Breakfast and morning private bus/van transfer towards an excellent cellar in the countryside with the view of San Gimignano - Chianti area.
