- Thousands of passengers were left stranded today as Air Canada’s flight attendants walked off the job, forcing the airline to cancel all mainline and Rouge flights worldwide.

That includes routes to and from the Bahamas, where every Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge service has been suspended.

With regional carriers unaffected but not flying to the islands, travelers are being told to rebook, seek refunds, or turn to other airlines. The Canadian government has stepped in with binding arbitration in an effort to bring the strike to an end.
