These past 12 months have been difficult on many levels, yet you have risen to the challenge and continued to find new and innovative ways to show up for one another. Today our offices are empty and Maya the dog is lonely... yet my heart is full when I think of all the hard work, amazing contributions, and pure resilience each of you have shown. Our culture & community shines even from a distance. Hello dear Onward social media community!

We have missed you! We hope you're well, strong, and your spirits are high.

In times that are challenging, we find it’s key to focus on the things we can control and remain very optimistic. We at Onward have taken this opportunity to work on our business inward, since we can’t be doing so outward at the moment. This means we are updating our database, reviewing and improving processes, upgrading our Incident Response Plan, and setting up for our next operational season so that we are ready when the time comes. We are working on ways to further our internal team communication and community, because that’s so important to us. We are giving our website a fresh new look too, stay tuned.

All in all, and all things considered, we are well. Everyone and all our loved ones are healthy and we are spending a little extra time with immediate families, and slowing down the typically hectic paces we keep as professionals.

We will be here and ready to support our industry, colleagues, supplier partners, clients, and community with group travel logistics and event planning, when that time comes.
