The Buck Mountain Fire Tower Trail is a great place to start your hiking season and an even better place to get one of the best views in the Adirondacks.

The trail spans a distance of 1.2 miles in one direction, featuring an elevation gain of 500 feet. It's situated at 484 South Sabattis Circle Road, which is located approximately eight miles north of Long Lake, accessible from NYS Route 30. As of September 2023, the trail officially opened to public access.
