Devils Fork State Park is less than an hour from us. The Annual BellFest is a great chance to enjoy Lake Jocassee and learn a bit about what makes the area so special!

Did you know the Jocassee Gorges is one of the last wild refuges for the Oconee Bell, a wildflower so rare it once vanished from scientific records for decades? It blooms quietly along cool mountain streams each March and it is the inspiration for BellFest, our biggest event of the year, which is happening on March 21st!

Moresun Bunkhouse is the perfect basecamp for your Southern Appalachian moto trip. Located in a prime spot where three states (GA, NC and SC) come together, every road in every direction is a great motorcycle road! If you like pavement or gravel--or a combination of both--you'll have access to it all. The house is not far from the SEBDR (South East Backcountry Discovery Route) and the Chattahoochee BDR-X. The Tail of the Dragon (NC) and Pigeon Forge (TN) are easy day trips. The house is also close to Highlands & Cashiers (NC) and Helen (GA).

The home location offers great activities for the non-motorcycle folks in your group. There's hiking, fishing, waterfalls, swimming, whitewater rafting, ziplining, shopping, dining and much more in this rural area of Upstate South Carolina.

The five bedroom ranch-style house sleeps 12 easy. There's a covered carport big enough for all your bikes and a good basic tool set if you need to do some maintenance. There's a fire ring with plenty of firewood for chilling into the evening. The homeowner is a rider and happy to help plan routes. Come stay in Long Creek, SC and bring your friends and family!

The 2025 River Season has arrived! Great information from our Wildwater neighbors about Chattooga River trips and zip line canopy tours.

Our rental home is 1 mile from Wildwater’s Chattooga River Outpost.

Being a three-generation family business, getting kiddos outdoors is the name of our game! Here's a general overview of our land & water-based activities at our 3 locations and the youngest age/weight we allow by activity.

WATER:
🌊 Nantahala – Ages 7+ (or 60 lbs)
🌲 Chattooga – Ages 8+
💦 Ocoee – Ages 12+
