Axle housings are one of the biggest builds we take on in the weld shop. Each one gets hours of prep, fixturing, and careful welds from start to finish. Nothing’s rushed these are built with intention by fabricators who give a damn.

Having solid gear in the shop makes all the difference, and helps make that possible. Simple as that.

We love working with homegrown builders like Bryce Ronsonet, I’ve been following the evolution of the for years and it’s amazing to see the beast it’s turned into. What started out as a luxury family sedan with an efficient diesel engine has turned into a coal rolling desert racer with no fear in its heart as it smashes through the desert with minimal travel and maximum throttle.
We’re looking forward to seeing what Bryce’s next turbo powered creation looks like fully outfitted with Ruffstuff hardware.

Spotted this rig out at Matt’s Off-Road Recovery Games, and it was putting in work. Built with a ton of our parts and clearly not afraid to get rowdy. Always rad seeing RuffStuff gear getting used the way it was designed: out in the dirt, taking hits, and handling business.

Built in the dirt, tested on the rocks. This RAD XJ was pieced together in the heart of Johnson Valley, dialed in just in time for King of the Hammers. We were stoked to be a part of this build and proud of what came up with.
Underneath this beast? Ruffstuff axles, full linkage, and body armor all put to the test on some of the toughest trails out there. If you want to see what our Jeep Cherokee parts can really do, you're looking at it. This rig has the entire lineup on display.

Meet Wyatt Thomas: A builder with off-road racing in his blood. His Class 7 Open Ford Ranger, originally built by his father in the late '90s was once a dominant force in desert racing, winning multiple championships before being tucked away in a warehouse for over a decade. Against the odds, Wyatt crossed paths with the very truck that defined his dad’s racing legacy. Fully self-funded, he took on the challenge of bringing the truck back to life, staying true to its old-school roots while rebuilding it for today’s races, one paycheck at a time.
We’ve been following Wyatt’s journey for the past two years, watching him pour his heart, soul, and every dollar he’s got into bringing This Lost Legend back to life. His dedication and passion for desert racing are exactly what we stand for, and we’re proud to finally contribute in a meaningful way. We’re supplying him with one of our
